HOW TO ORDER
Given the unique nature of our inventory, ordering is not an automated process. Wittmann Militaria accepts orders via phone, fax, email and standard mail. If you decide to order an item via email, fax, or standard mail, please do not forget to include the Item Number and Catagory!

When ordering via email or standard mail, you MUST include the following information:

Our phone number is 856-866-8733. Office hours are 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. This is by far the best way to order.
VIA FAX
Our fax number is 856-235-4954.
PAYMENT
Money orders are preferred, however, if we have done business before, your personal check/credit card is fine. I accept VISA, MASTER CHARGE, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. However, I no longer accept credit cards from first time buyers. If you use of any type of credit/debit card, a 4% processing fee must be added to the sale price. If you are a New Jersey resident, a 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price.
BANK TRANSFERS
We accept bank transfers directly into our account. Please allow two weeks for bank notification of your transfer. We bank with PNC and they are slow to notify us. If you let us know you have sent the transfer, we check the bank on a daily basis to see when your transfer arrives. Give us a call during office hours for additional details.
LAYAWAYS
I will also accept layaway plans, as I realize with the price of artifacts these days, this may be the only method by which some of us may acquire something for our collection. I require about 1/3 advance payment, and you may work the balance out with me. If nothing to the contrary has been arranged, monies paid will be forfeited if the balance is not paid within 90 days from the date the deposit was made. Under no circumstances will I relinquish ownership of the merchandise until payment in full is made. Layaways running over 90 days have no return privilege.
