TIPS ON USING OUR WEBSITE
Many of you have been having trouble using the website so I have
added this page to give you some insight as to how the site works.
Hopefully, these explanations will help you to enjoy our site
and find the information you are looking for much faster and easier.
After reading through the below "help" tips, if you
still experience any problems, please report them to me right
away. I will take care of the problem and let you know it has
been resolved. It may take a week for me to do this, but rest
assured, it will be done.
ORDER -- When you see this link at the top of the page, click it to fill out our order form. When you finish filling out the order form and are sure your information is correct, click "submit" and you will get an automatic "Thank you" email. this email acknowledges that your order has been received by us. I answer all orders the next day or sooner. At the very least, I will email you back saying I need a little more time. Generally speaking, all orders are filled within 24 hours unless there is a problem.
To view photos, click the "I40-xxx" number highlighted in the descriptions. -- This statement is simply there to let everyone know that in order to view our photos, you need to click the number highlighted in red at the beginning of the description. If you cannot view a photo after clicking this highlighted area, there could be a problem either with our link, or the photo page itself. (See below)
Error 404 Page Not Found -- If you click on the red highlighted area of the description and get this error message, it is one of two things. One, either our link is incorrect, or, Two, the photo page is incorrectly loaded. To determine what the problem is, do the following: Type the below address into your browser and substitute the inventory number * of the item you wish to view for the "xxxxx" in the example below.
* The inventory number is the number at the bottom of the description in parenthesis.
Can only view I-39 items (inventory not updated) -- If you are
not viewing our most current inventory, usually it means your
Internet software has stored previous pages in memory and is drawing
on them instead of loading the new stuff. In order to get the
current pages, you need to delete your previous internet history
and pages viewed. To do this, go to Internet Preferences in your
Internet software and follow the instructions. A couple of clicks
usually does it and you will be able to view our current listings.
This is true for any pages you look at often. If you are having
this problem, do not use a bookmark to get to our page, instead
start at the beginning.
