B&B #21969 Hunting Association Belt
This green
leather belt is a real beauty measuring about 1-7/8 in width having
a nice green finish on the obverse and brown on the reverse. There
is no buckle but it does have the two sliding belt loops. The
belt is stamped on the reverse, "104". Measuring its
length it is a fairly good size which should fit a 42-inch waist.
One of the reverse pieces of leather is beautifully stamped in
gold, "Luneschloss Solingen". In the center is a three
legged style swastika. This is a very desirable maker and a rarely
seen belt. If you have a proper buckle this would make a great
rare combination.

This Political
Leader's Buckle is the standard aluminum type, being a round

a wreathed swastika in his claws. The backgrounds are pebbled.

5½ x 3 ½. It is double sided and depicts
the German Colonial flag. The flag is shown in red, brown and
white, having a Prussian eagle in the center. Beneath the flag
is written German West Afrikan Col.. This buckle may
or may not have come with this little flag, but this is the way
that I received it. A nice example here with a rarely seen reference
to the German colonies. We do not see many things from this period,
as they were quite rare.
Excellent Plus. $250.00
B&B #28149 American Naval Belt Buckle and Sword Hanger Eyelets
This buckle and belt assembly appears to be of American Naval vintage, but I am not totally sure of this. The belt is a dark brown example, having dual rows of stitching in the center for strength. The belt has flaps that protect the uniform from brass eyelets made to carry the sword. There are two eyelets, one having a hook for regain wear of the sword. The brass buckle is of round design, having overlapping oak leaves running throughout its border. At every quadrant there are crossed ribbons. There is a raised out area in the center, bordered by a rope design. The center area appears to show an American eagle holding an anchor in its talons. There are no markings on the belt or buckle. A great rigging here if you have an early American Naval sword. The belt looks like it comes from maybe about 1900.
Excellent Plus $195.00
B&B #28165 Luftwaffe E.M. Belt & Buckle
This Luftwaffe leather belt is black on the outside and brown on the inside. It is still in nice condition throughout and very serviceable. The inner area has an extra tongue that has holes in it to accommodate the hasp section of the belt buckle, but I do not see any markings. The buckle itself is a rectangular NCO type. It is a fine, molded aluminum buckle, having pebbled finish. The pebbling is totally perfect and I don’t see any wear to the details. There is a raised out wreath of triple laurel leaves, which also have finely detailed berries. In the center of the ellipse design is a raised out eagle flying to the viewer’s right. This raised out eagle clutches a swastika in one talon. Nice detail here and very fine condition. The reverse of the buckle has a marker’s marking but it is hard to make out. It looks like it could be the initials, “CB.” A nice rigging here.
Excellent Plus, Plus. $195.00
B&B #29724 Army NCO Buckle
This buckle is the rectangular shape with pebbled finish. It is aluminum being a cast example. The obverse features a twin set of rope-like circles that enclosed the motto, "Gott mit Uns". At the bottom of the circled area is a wreath of overlapping oak leaves. In the center is a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a swastika in its talons. There is only mild wear across the breast area of the eagle. There is olive drab paint residue in the background areas. The reverse of the buckle has maybe 50% of the original olive drab paint.
Excellent $150.00
B&B #31068 Hitler Youth Buckle
This early nickel Hitler Youth buckle is in pretty good condition throughout. The surfaces have some green mold here and there, but nothing that wouldn’t clean off if the next owner wanted to do it. The buckle is rectangular and features double roped circles which are lined and have the motto of the Hitler Youth raised out “blut und Ehre”. In the center, there is an “HJ” eagle with half-open wings which is clutching in his talons a large diamond with mobile swastika in the center. This buckle is marked on the reverse “A” and then beneath that “a&s”. To the right of this marking is the patent pending stamping “ges. gesch.” and to the right of that is a single RZM circle positioned over “17”. A good, early, solid example here.
Excellent Plus Plus. $225.00
B&B #31816 RAD Enlisted Man’s Buckle
This RAD Enlisted Man’s Buckle is a rectangular shape and is made of molded aluminum construction. It features a pebbled finish throughout. In the middle three is a beaded border and a shovel with a superimposed swastika is in the center. The area around the shovel is lightly pebbled. There are no markings on the reverse of this buckle. The buckle shows a little overall wear but not bad.
Excellent Plus. $195.00
B&B #31911C Imperial Army Buckle
This Imperial Army Buckle has a slightly odd construction. The buckle is a rectangular enlisted man’s brass type, however the center nickeled insert almost has the dimension sizes of the rectangular portion below. This large nickel-plated insert has the dual rope circles and the inside areas are fluted. It has the slogan, “GottMitUns” and at the lower has a laurel leaf wreath. In the center extending outward is a highly detailed Prussian crown. The reverse of the buckle shows that there are three holes in the brass area assumedly so that the soldered round section above can breathe. A strange buckle here but appears to be original.
Excellent Plus. $215.00
B&B #31915C Stahlhelm Buckle
This Stahlhelm Buckle is a rectangular, standard shape having brass two piece construction. The brass is plain throughout the buckle and the center portion is an insert which is soldered from below. The insert features double rope depiction being fluted in between. At the bottom of the circles is a wreath of laurel leaves and at the top is the slogan, “Front Heil”. In the center is a large vaulted imperial style helmet. This Stahlhelm buckle is the first of this type I have seen. A nice looking example here.
Excellent Plus. $275.00
B&B #33069 Hitler Youth Leader Buckle
This round buckle is quite impressive, having a fine deeply patinated silvered finish. The buckle is round with a set of dual ropes inside with the center area vaulted outward and being fluted throughout. The upper area, between the rope designs, has the raised-out Hitler Youth motto, “Blut und Ehre”. In the center area there is a raised-out Hitler Youth eagle with half-open wings, facing to the viewer’s right. This bird has excellent detail throughout, and he clutches a diamond in his talons. The center of the diamond has a raised-out mobile swastika. When they first received this buckle from a veteran source, the swastika was partially ground out, probably as a de-nazification process. We were able to locate another swastika on a spare part and we were able to remove this swastika, which exactly fits the cavity where the previous swastika was positioned. The new replaced swastika looks original and would be very difficult to tell that it is a replacement. The reverse of the buckle has the catch with hasp on one side, and on the other side the straight catch is deeply stamped “RZM M4/22”. A very nice buckle here, despite the replacement swastika. The piece is priced accordingly.
Excellent Plus. $250.00
B&B #29270C SS ENLISTED MAN’S BUCKLE
This SS enlisted man’s buckle is rectangular in shape and it is produced of molded aluminum. It shows some age and some wear to the surfaces. If anything it has a good look of realism to it. The buckle features a set of double circles which have roped borders. The circles enclose the SS motto, “Meine Ehre Hess Treue!” Superimposed over the upper portion of the circle and coming into the center area is an SS open-winged eagle which looks to the viewer’s right. The bird grasps a large wreath in its talons which has an immobile swastika in the center. As indicated there is some wear but the details are still mostly clear. The reverse of this buckle is marked, “RZM 822/38 SS”. A good original which is the same as the Angolia New Buckle Book on page 210.
Excellent $395.00
B&B #33077 Imperial Army Officer Buckle
This well-made Imperial Buckle is of all gilded brass construction. The buckle is round and has a vaulted border area which consists of a wreath of laurel leaves with berries. The laurel leaves are well-detailed throughout. In the center area of the buckle there is a round circular dotted area and then the center area is vaulted with an applied Prussian crown over the initial “w” with the Roman numeral “II” at the bottom. There are two prongs in the back that retain the cipher image. The gilt of this buckle is worn to maybe 50%. This is not an easy buckle to find and is in fine condition, being a purchase from the family of a veteran.
Excellent. $295.00
B&B #32917C Imperial Army NCO Buckle
This Army Buckle is all of brass construction, being a one-piece pressed out unit. The edges of the buckle are smooth as well as the surface areas except in the center, where there is a pressed out double circular area separated by rope-like motif. Between the two ropes there is fluting and below there is a wreath of laurel leaves. At the top is the raised out slogan of the German Army “Gott Mit Uns”. In the center area between the inner rope is a raised out Prussian crown. This buckle shows some wear throughout, but, overall, all details are in good condition.
Excellent Plus, Plus. $195.00
B&B #33154 DJ Early Buckle
This DJ Buckle is the type that was worn by the organization prior to 1938, when they adopted the standard Hitler Youth buckle. This buckle is of steel base with nickel plated surfaces and is rectangular shaped. The bright nickel plated surfaces are all there, but do show quite a bit of scratching and wear signs which would be expected for a buckle worn by a 8-10 year old child. In the center of the buckle, there is a pressed out single “s” rune which is brass plated. There are a couple of lift spots to the brass, but basically it is still in 98% condition. The reverse of this difficult to find buckle is marked “KH” and “M 4/49 RZM s”. A good buckle here and a fine addition to a Hitler Youth collection.
Excellent. $275.00
B&B #33153 RAD Officer Buckle
This RAD Officer Buckle is produced in two pieces and both are of stamped aluminum. The buckle is round and has a raised out border consisting of wheat shafts superimposed over horizontal lines. In the center area, there is a dotted pattern circle and then raised out of the center is a RAD spade having a superimposed mobile swastika. The spade has just the slightest of a “press-in” on the surfaces. The reverse of the buckle is marked “O & C Ges. gesch.” The original catch is still attached to the cylindrical hardware on the reverse. Not an easy buckle to find, showing some usage but no abuse.
Excellent. $250.00
B&B #33150 Red Cross Enlisted Man’s Buckle
This rectangular shaped buckle, in my opinion, is one of the best looking of all the buckles made. The rectangular buckle has very crisp pebbled surfaces throughout. In the center area, there is a great looking, highly detailed Red Cross eagle. The eagle has half-open wings and looks to the viewer’s left. At his breast is a vaulted mobile swastika and in his talons, the eagle grasps a Geneva cross. In an ellipse shape going partially around the eagle is a fine wreath of laurel leaves and berries. This buckle is in outstanding, new-like condition and on the reverse it is marked “Ges. gesch.” and “OLC”. A fine example.
Mint. $325.00

NSKK buckles are not easy to find. This one is in nice condition.

This NCO buckle is the standard rectangular shape and it is composed of all aluminum molded instruction. The buckle has a fine pebble finish which is still mostly crisp throughout. There is a “pressed-out” ellipse which features a wreath of overlapping laurel leaves with berries. The details are outstanding to these laurel leaves. In the center, the area is also pebbled and features a vaulted Luftwaffe eagle flying to the viewer’s right and clutching a mobile swastika. The detail to the eagle’s wings, talon and tail feather are all there. There is modest wear to the breast of the bird. This eagle is the type with downward tail. A nice example.

B&B #33152 Army NCO Buckle
This aluminum buckle has a pebbled finish and it is the style that was painted an olive drab color. About 10% - 15% of the original olive drab paint is still in the recesses throughout the buckle’s surfaces. On the reverse, there is much more paint – probably about 50%. This buckle shows some wear across the surfaces, which are pebbled. It features the two circles of rope motif fluted at the upper area and at the lower area features a wreath of oak leaves. The upper area has the raised out army motto “Gott Mit Uns”. In the center is a vaulted Wehrmacht eagle. The eagle faces to the viewer’s right and clutches a swastika in his talons. There is wear to the bird’s head, breast feathering and also slightly to the wings and some wear to the swastika, but it is still all there. This is a molded aluminum style buckle.
Excellent. $150.00

B&B #32951 Penal Officer's Buckle
This is a round style buckle, having a nickel plate over a lighter weight base metal. The buckle is vaulted out around the border area where it features a full wreath of laurel leaves, with good veining and berries in between. There is a center rope-like line around the circumference, and then a further vaulting process has an open-winged eagle vaulted outward. This bird looks to the viewer’s left and clutches a wreathed swastika. There is some wear to the breast feathering and the head details, but the rest of the eagle looks pretty good. I also see traces of gilt in all of the recessed areas, as well as portions of the catch. It appears as though this buckle was gilded originally. The reverse of the buckle is maker-marked “A”/DRGM/31.” I believe that this is a fairly rare buckle.
Excellent. $350.00
B&B #32586 SA Brown Belt with Buckle with Belt Loop and “D” Ring
This SA Belt is a darker color brown and is still in excellent condition throughout. Attached to the belt is the original belt loop and “D” ring which no doubt was used to hook onto the shoulder cross strap worn by the SA. The “D” ring has some rust to it. The buckle is a fine brass which is rectangular shaped and has separate construction to the center rounded area. The center consists of two circular rope decorations with a wreath of laurel leaves at the lower half. Superimposed in the center is an open-winged early political eagle clutching a large wreath of oak leaves with a mobile swastika. There is some greenish build up from age here and there but otherwise a very fine good condition brass buckle and belt.

A nice buckle here showing some usage but also has a great feeling for the time period.

At the bottom half of the area, there are overlapping oak leaves. In the center there is an early Party eagle which looks to the viewer’s right. B&B #32221 Army EM Buckle
This Army EM buckle is a steel base. It has an excellent olive drab paint finish. I assume that the paint is original, as it certainly is old looking. It is hard to believe though that there is no wear to the paint, so possibly it could be an old re-paint or possibly a period re-paint. Maybe, in fact, it is original – I don’t know. This buckle displays two pressed out rope circles which have the motto “Gott Mit Uns” at the upper portion. The lower portion portrays a wreath of oak leaves. In the center is a Wehrmacht eagle which looks to the viewer’s right and clutches a swastika. This piece is not marked on the reverse.
Excellent. $150.00
B&B #32208 Luftwaffe EM Buckle
This aluminum buckle is very lightweight and has very crisp pebbled surfaces throughout. The center area is pressed out with an oval having a wreath of laurel leaves with small berries. In the center is portrayed a Luftwaffe eagle flying to the viewer’s right clutching a swastika in his talons. The area around the bird is also pebble finished. This bird has excellent detail throughout. The buckle is unmarked on the reverse. A very crisp example here.

B&B #32196 Hitler Youth Belt and Buckle
The belt of this Hitler Youth rig is black on the outside and dark brown on the inside. It is unmarked but is still fairly supple and in very good condition. The buckle is outstanding. It is a steel base with an aluminum coating. The coating is nearly 100% and still newlike. The buckle features two pressed out rings with a rope design bordering them. Inside is the raised out Hitler Youth motto and in the center is a Hitler Youth eagle with half-open wings looking to the viewer’s right. This bird grasps a diamond with mobile swastika within its talons. The backgrounds of the bird are nicely pebbled. This buckle is marked “RZM M 4/22”. An extremely nice belt and buckle.

B&B #32458 Political Leader's Buckle
This Political Leader's Buckle is the larger type and it is an aluminum base having gilded surfaces. The gilding shows just a tad of wear on the very high spots of the image but still is there at about 98%. The buckle is round and has a border of raised triple overlapping oak leaves and acorns. The center area is pebbled and has a raised out political eagle which looks to the viewer’s right and clutches a wreathed mobile swastika. There is a catch and hasp on the one side but no catch on the other. The reverse of the buckle is raised out with the maker marking “RZM M 4/39”.
Excellent Plus, Plus. $250.00
B&B #32000 Army Buckle With Leather Tab
This Army Buckle is the molded aluminum type. There is residue of the green paint throughout the lower surfaces of the buckle as well as lots of it on the reverse of the buckle. The buckle is pebbled throughout and in the center area it has a raised out set of circles separated by ropes with a Wehrmacht eagle in the center. This bird looks to the viewer’s right and grasps a mobile swastika in his talons. There is some wear to the bird, but you can still see the bird’s eye, beak and some of its breast feathering. Within the ropes is the motto “Gott Mit Uns” and below this is a set of raised overlapping oak leaves with a ribbon in the center. The reverse of the buckle has a diamond with the initials “pc” as a maker mark. The tab is also maker marked and is dated “1938”. This leather shows some use and age but it is still in good, preserved condition.
Excellent. $195.00

B&B #31905C SA Brown Belt with Brass Open Claw Buckle
This SA Buckle is not seen too often. There are lots of photographs though that exist showing SA men wearing these open buckles. The belt is a fine rich brown color and is still in fairly supple condition. The belt is marked on one end, “groupenFabr. Nr.60”. The buckle itself is marked on the reverse, “DRGM” with the patent number, “1240881”. Additionally it is RZM marked, “Ue8”. This buckle has a pebbled surface with the double claws. B&B #31906C SA/NSKK Belt and Buckle
This SA/NSKK rig is a fine example. The buckle is the two-piece style brass rectangular variety having the nickel insert that is soldered on the reverse. The insert features a double roped circle which has a wreath of oak leaves covering about half of the lower area and then it is fluted on the rest of the circle. On the inside is an early political eagle having wings which overlap the circular ropes. The eagle clutches a large wreathed mobile swastika. The buckle is attached to a black belt. This indicates the man was an NSKK person. The belt is marked, “100” and also maker marked, “GebüdderOhliger, Kaisers Lastern”. The leather is still quite supple on this belt. A nice example here.
Excellent. $250.00
B&B #31908C Political Leader’s Havana Brown Belt and Gilded Buckle
This Political Leader’s belt and buckle set is in excellent condition throughout. The belt measures 2 ¼-inches in width and is a fine Havana brown color. The leather shows some mild age but overall is in excellent condition. There are a couple of holes that appear to have been used to possibly hang the belt for display perhaps in the returning veteran’s home. It is also possible these holes were used by the original owner to hang up his belt. Either way they are there and are not particularly detractive. The belt is marked on one end, “RZM L2/180/42”. The buckle and catch are the gilded aluminum type. The detail is excellent throughout with nearly 100% of the original gilt intact throughout the buckle and catch hardware. The buckle is marked on the back, “RZM M4/46” and the catch is marked, “RZM M4/24”. A fine originalexample here which is complete with the two leather slides.

This Political Leader’s buckle is made of all aluminum construction. The buckle is round and has a fine overlapping wreath of triple oak leaves and acorns. In the center there is an open winged political eagle which looks to the viewer’s right. The eagle clutches a wreathed mobile swastika. The gilding across the surfaces is near 100% thinning only a little bit on a few of the high spots. The reverse of the buckle is RZM marked with the raised out code, “RZM M 4/39”. A good, sound example here.
Near Mint. $295.00
B&B #31913C SA Belt Buckle
This SA Belt Buckle is an all brass rectangular example and it is also two-piece construction. The brass is in excellent condition throughout, still being new-like. The center insert features two roped circles with fluting inside. At the bottom area there is a wreath of oak leaves and acorns. In the center area is an early political eagle with open wings which looks to the viewer’s right. The bird clutches a large out of proportion wreath which features a raised out sunwheelswastika. We do not see the sunwheel types as often as the normal swastikas. This is a nice buckle for those who are collecting SA memorabilia. The insert has the two solder points on the reverse.
Near Mint. $225.00
B&B #31753 SA Buckle

Excellent Plus, Plus. $225.00
B&B #31712 SS Brocade Belt and Buckle
The brocade of this SS belt is produced of aluminum bullion and there are subtle figures in the bullion which are alternating SS runes and a oak leaf and acorn sprig. You have to look close to see them, but they are all there in the surfaces. The brocade belt has a trimmed edge which is of black and silver bullion thread. There is some mild wear to the surfaces of this brocade belt. The two slides are present and they match the designs with a brocade center and black and silver trim lines. The inside of the belt is lined with a black felt. The leather section that has the holes which accommodate the buckle is stamped on the reverse “85” which I assume is the size of the belt. This belt is not very large, being about a size 34 or 35. The buckle is the traditional all aluminum round shaped officers type. The buckle portrays an SS style eagle looking to the viewer’s right and the birds wings curve in the design of the buckle’s circumference. The bird clutches a very large open wreath of oak leaves with an immobile swastika raised out of the center. The SS motto is in a ribbon following the circular curve at the bottom half “Meine Ehre heisst Ehreue”. The areas in between the figures are either lined or they have very fine pebbled surfaces. The reverse of the buckle has a catch as well as a sealed cylinder that attaches to the closed clip which attaches to the belt via two pointed hasps. The reverse of the buckle is marked with four figurines. They are places on each quadrant of a circle. The first is an RZM mark within twin circles. The second marking is a single circle and it has the numeral “36” over “38”. The numbers are slightly turned to the right within the circle. At the bottom quadrant is the maker’s triangular logo with the initials “olc”. At the left quadrant is a single circle which contains a set of SS runes. This buckle is in outstanding condition. This is a fine SS brocade belt and buckle, showing some usage but still in extremely collectible condition. A fine original item here.
Excellent Plus. $3,495.00
B&B #31271C Political Open Claw Buckle
This open claw buckle is finished in a silvery surface and it also has pebbling throughout. It has a double claw hasp which attaches to the belt section. The reverse of this buckle is nicely marked “onc” and also “rzm ue71”. A fine example of a fairly rare buckle.
Mint. $250.00
B&B #31706 Army Enlisted Man's Buckle
This standard buckle is a rectangular shape and has a pebbled finish. If there was a painted surface at one time, there is not much sign of it. The pebbling shows some normal wear. In the center raised out are double roped circles which contain the slogan “Gott Mit Uns” and below there is a half-wreath of oak leaves. In the center is a Wehrmacht style eagle which looks to the viewer’s right and clutches a swastika in its tangs. The reverse of the buckle reveals that the center area is applied and it is retained by prongs which are bent over. The hasp section of this buckle is missing, so there are no prongs to retain the buckle. It is priced accordingly.
Excellent. $65.00
B&B #31543 Waffen-SS Buckle
This waffen-SS buckle is a later molded type. It is of all aluminum construction. The buckle is a rectangular shape and has a raised out SS eagle in the center. The bird looks to the viewer’s right with open wings and in the center has a wreath featuring an immobile swastika in the center. The middle area has double rope style rings and they contain the raised out SS motto that has an exclamation point at the end. The buckle shows a little bit of mild wear across the wreath areas but the rest of the buckle is in pretty good condition. The reverse is marked with the maker “RZM 822/38”. A good original buckle here.
Excellent Plus. $595.00
B&B #31133C Gilded Political Leader's Buckle with Issue Tag

The buckle is round and features a border of overlapping oak leaves and acorns. On the inside, there is an open-winged political eagle which looks to the viewer’s right and clutches a wreathed mobile swastika. The detail throughout the buckle is exceptional. Attached to the permanent catch is an original paper issue tag. This issue tag is a manila style with brown printing. Across the top, it has the word for buckle, “Leibriemenschlok” and then there is a run number below “242440”. On the reverse of the buckle itself, it is marked “RZM M4/39”. A very fine example here and if you are a serious belt buckle collector, I would think that you would want this belt buckle in your collection.
Near Mint. $495.00
B&B #31149C Hitler Youth Buckle with Issue Tag
This Hitler Youth buckle is an aluminum molded type and is nice, mint condition. The buckle is plain across the rectangular surfaces except in the center where it has the raised out double rings which are a ropelike design. In between is the Hitler Youth motto “Blut und Ehre” and in the center is the Hitler Youth eagle clutching a diamond swastika. The details are completely crisp throughout this depiction. On the reverse, there is the raised out maker marking “RZM 4/110”. Attached to the catch on the reverse is an original issue tag. This issue tag is a manila type paper with red printing. On one side it has the name of the buckle in German “Koppelichloss” and then beneath this there is a rubber stamping with the code “M 4 /110”. Below this is a run number “395597”. On the other side of the tag there is an RZM stamp as well as a stamp of the Hitler Youth diamond with swastika. An outstanding, un-issued youth buckle here and perfect for the serious collector.

B&B #31161 Waffen-SS Enlisted Man's Buckle
This waffen SS buckle is a late wartime made piece being of steel base and having aluminum paint on the obverse. The buckle is plain throughout with the double circles pressed out having roped borders. The SS motto is raised out between the circles and superimposed over the center area is an SS eagle with open wings looking to the viewer’s right and clutching a large wreathed immobile swastika. The finish is still mostly all there on the obverse, rating at about 98%. On the reverse, the buckle was never painted and is still its original natural steel color. There is a light coating of rust on the inner areas. This buckle is typical of later war construction. A very nice example here of a tough to find buckle.
Near Mint. $650.00
B&B #31449 Imperial Naval Officer's Belt Buckle
This Imperial Naval Officer’s buckle is quite a beautiful thing. It is of stamped brass being hollow backed and having a fire gilded surface. The fire gilding is still near 100% throughout the buckle and really is impressive. The buckle is the type that would be used for the brocade naval belt. The buckle has a border of overlapping laurel leaves with berries. Inside is a vaulted out imperial crown featured over an acorn having the capital letter “W” superimposed over the anchor shaft. The detail to the helmet and letter “W” are phenomenal. The backgrounds of the buckle are all lined to give it relief. This is quite a fine buckle and most likely very difficult to acquire.
Near Mint. $295.00

This RAD buckle, it is a rectangular shape made of molded aluminum and has outstanding pebbled surfaces. The center area is vaulted forming two circles with a center figure. The inside circle has a beaded border and these circles enclose wheat shafts. There are lines in between the wheat shaft designs. In the center is a superimposed spade having a pebbled mobile swastika within the perimeters of the spade. On the inside of the buckle it is marked “S” and “38”. The leather tab is still in excellent condition being a brown color leather. It has a double ellipse maker mark stamping having the name “Eschneider, Ludenscheid, 1938”. A very nice RAD assembly here.
Near Mint. $195.00
B&B #31445 Hitler Youth Belt Buckle
This Hitler Youth buckle is made of molded aluminum. It is a rectangular shape and has two raised out circles in the center. In between the circles is the Hitler Youth motto raised out. Unfortunately there is some wear to the buckle and the motto is difficult to read. The inside area has the Hitler Youth eagle which looks to the viewer’s right having half open wings and grasping a diamond which contains a mobile swastika. The bird and the HJ diamond also show wear to the surfaces. This is a buckle that certainly saw quite a bit of time looking out from the waist of its original owner. The buckle is marked on the reverse, “RZM M 4/22”.
Excellent. $165.00
B&B #31446 Imperial Army Belt Buckle
This imperial army buckle is an enlisted man’s type being rectangular shaped and made of a brass base. It has a separate nickel round section which is applied and soldered from beneath. The rounded section has double rope raised images and in between there is a half wreath of oak leaves and at the top the slogan, “Gott Mit Uns”. B&B #31447 Police NCO Belt Buckle
This is a fairly early police buckle being in the steel base and having an aluminum color finish. The finish is starting to fade in areas and there is some rust which shows though in the tops of the letters and swastika. The buckle has a pebbled finish throughout. The two circular lines are pressed out and in between them at the bottom is a wreath of oak leaves and acorns and at the top is the slogan, “Gott Mit Uns”. This buckle shows some mild wear to the surfaces but most of the details are still there. The buckle is stamped on the inside with the markings, “BG” and “36”. Excellent. $165.00
B&B #31373 Luftwaffe NCO Belt and Buckle
This Luftwaffe black leather belt shows some usage but it is still sound and in serviceable condition. I see some leather stamping near the tab that retains the aluminum clasp. The leathering is probably a maker’s marking. The buckle is an all aluminum rectangular example having pebbled finish. The pebbling is still pretty good thinning a little on the edges. The center area has a vaulted out ellipse shape with overlapping laurel leaves with berries. In the center of the ellipse is a further vaulted section having a Luftwaffe eagle flying to the viewer’s right and clutching a swastika in his talons. There is wear to the bird and also to the areas around the bird but overall this is a good actually worn example seeing realistic action. The reverse of the buckle is marked, “S.T.&L.”.
Excellent. $225.00
B&B #31331 Army NCO Belt and Buckle
The belt of this example is still in good serviceable condition being a dark color brown or black on the outside and brown on the inside. I don’t see any markings on this belt. The NCO buckle is a steel based example which has really good field green paint still on the surfaces. There is some wear to the paint on the edges and also on the high surfaces here and there but overall this paint certainly rates at 85%. The inside buckle even has more paint than this. The buckle is raised out with double roped circles. The circles have at the bottom a half wreath of oak leaves and at the top the slogan “Gott Mit Uns”. In the very center there is a Wehrmacht eagle looking to the viewer’s right with half opened wings and clutching a mobile swastika. The details throughout this buckle are exceptional. This is a really nice rigging here.
Excellent Plus. $275.00
B&B #31322 RAD Enlisted Man's Belt and Buckle
The belt of this example is in choice condition still being very serviceable and having a good look about it. The belt is a lighter brown color. This belt is marked in a couple of places, once on the end with “95” which is probably the size, and another stamping, “10 59 Fü”. Accompanying this very nice belt is a fine aluminum buckle. The buckle is the pebbled type and it has double circles raised out of it which enclose wheat shafts. The inner circle has a pebbled finish. Inside the center is a raised spade having a mobile swastika within the shovel. This buckle is marked on the reverse, “39”. An extremely nice RAD assembly here.
Excellent Plus, Plus. $295.00
B&B #31201 Army Belt & Buckle
This army belt and buckle is quite interesting, as the belt is a nice rich brown color instead of the usual black that we see on army examples. The buckle itself has also been permanently sewn to the belt. It looks as though it was worn in this fashion for many years. The buckle is the typical rectangular army NCO molded type. It has a pebbled finish and there is green paint in lots of the backgrounds as well as on the reverse of the buckle. The green paint is probably about 30% - 40%. The center of the buckle has two circular rope rings which enclose the slogan “Gott Mit Uns” and below this, a wreath of oak leaves. The center area features a Wehrmacht style eagle having half—closed wings and clutching a swastika. The breast feathering on the bird shows some wear but overall, it is not too bad. A very good looking belt rigging here.
Excellent Plus. $225.00
B&B #31197 Police NCO Buckle
This enlisted man’s buckle is a rectangular shape and is made of molded aluminum. The pebbling throughout the surfaces is still crisp. There is a double circle which is vaulted outward having an oak leaf wreath at the bottom and at the top, “Gott Mit Uns”. The last two letters of “mit” have a little bit of rubbing on them but it is not bad. The center area is further stepped outward and has a vaulted mobile swastika. The reverse of this buckle is marked “CTD”. A very nice example here.
Excellent Plus. $175.00
B&B #31069 Imperial Würtemberg EM Buckle
This enlisted man’s buckle is made of brass and has a silver center piece which is applied to the brass and soldered in place. The center piece features two roped circles which have lined surfaces in between. The motto of Würtemberg is raised out within the circles in capital letters “FURCHTLOS UND TREW”. In the center area is the raised out Würtemberg crest. It depicts the two animals on either side of a shield with a crown above. Since Würtemberg is a very small state, these buckles are quite rare. This is a good one here for those collecting Imperial items or if you want to display something with a Würtemberg sword.
Excellent Plus Plus. $250.00
B&B #30731 Army Enlisted Man's Buckle with Leather Tab
This rectangular shaped steel buckle still has much of the original green paint on the finish. It appears to be at about 70-75% on the obverse and about 85-90% on the reverse. The buckle has the usual circular rope pressed out designs which trap a wreath of oak leaves at the bottom half of the circle and at the top has the raised out motto, “Gott Mit Uns”. In the center there is a raised out Wehrmacht half closed winged eagle which faces to the viewer’s right. The eagle grasps a mobile swastika in its talons. There is good detail remaining throughout this bird. The reverse of the buckle if you look very closely has the maker marking appearing to be “IKA40”. Attached to the buckle is the original leather tab. This tab shows age and usage but it is still in good condition. A fine “talk to you” relic here.
Excellent Plus. $175.00

It has the pressed-out dual roped circle and inside is the Hitler Youth Motto raised out, “Blut und Ehre!”. In the center area is the HJ eagle which looks to the viewer’s right, and clutches a diamond in his talons with swastika in the center. This buckle shows some wear across the serrations within the ropes, and also a little bit of wear to the talons and the diamond area. The buckle is nicely marked on the back, “Ges.Gesch., “A & S”, and “RZM 17”. It is nice to see a buckle marked as much as this example is. It must be very early.
Excellent $195.00

B&B #30606C Army Belt Buckle
This rectangular enlisted man’s belt buckle is lightweight so it is apparently molded aluminum. It features a pebbled finish and has two rings of rope in the center which trap a wreath of oak leaves at the bottom and the slogan, “Gott Mit Uns” raised out at the top. There is a small amount of the original green still in the backgrounds. The eagle shows some wear to the breast feathering, head and a little bit to the swastika area. Most of the buckle though is in pretty good shape. The reverse of the buckle has approximately 25-30% of the original olive drab green paint remaining. A nice conditioned original example here.
Excellent. $175.00
B&B #30609C Army Belt Buckle
This enlisted man’s aluminum buckle is made of two piece construction. The rectangular shape has the standard pebbled finish. The two roped lines are part of a separate piece which is held to the buckle base by a set of four tabs. The ropes contain an oak leaf and acorn wreath at the bottom and the top is the slogan, “Gott Mit Uns”. In the center is a Wehrmacht style eagle which looks to the viewer’s right. The bird shows only a little mild wear on the breast feathering but the rest is still in pretty good shape. There is a small pressed in area directly in the center but this could be fixed if someone wanted to take off the tabs and push it out again. It is not bad. This type of buckle is a little harder to find than the other varieties.
Excellent. $225.00
B&B #30608C Army Belt Buckle

In the center is a vaulted Wehrmacht eagle clutching a swastika. There is some wear to this bird around the breast area and a little bit of the head area. The reverse of this buckle has nearly all of the original olive drab paint.
Excellent Plus, Plus. $225.00
B&B #30603C Hitler Youth Buckle
This Hitler Youth buckle has a gray finish and is fairly heavy so I assume that it is made of zinc. It is not magnetic. The rectangular buckle has smooth surfaces throughout and the center area has a dual rope circular design. The areas between the ropes are fluted throughout. The raised out inscription of the Hitler Youth is at the top half “Blut und Ehre”. Inside the circles is the Hitler Youth eagle featuring a bird looking to the viewer’s right with half open wings and clutching a diamond having a swastika in the center. The detail is outstanding to this eagle and there is also a nice pebbled background around his head and wing areas. The reverse of the buckle gives the impression that it is molded as the catch is similar to a molded type but this catch has been applied to the buckle. This buckle is marked with raised out “RZM M4/72” markings. A very nice Hitler Youth buckle here.
Excellent Plus. $175.00

It is also possible to see the field green original paint clinging in all of the recesses. On the reverse of the buckle, most of the paint is still there. This buckle is marked on the reverse, “P.S.&S.” There is a leather tab attached, showing some mild age and usage. This brown leather tab is stamped with a double ellipse logo, having the name and location, “ R. This Luftwaffe Enlisted Man’s Buckle is a molded aluminum type and it is in very crisp condition. It features a pebbled surface and in the center area, it has a raised out wreath of overlapping triple laurel leaves with berries. In the middle of the ellipse-like circle, there is a raised out Luftwaffe eagle flying to the right. This eagle has a droop tail and clutches a mobile swastika in his talon. All of the details are there to both the eagle and the wreath. It is rare to see a buckle with this much original detail. The reverse is marked with a square-like symbol with rounded corners, having the initials, “BAB” and an “E” letter within a large “D.” This is a very fine buckle and about the best you will see condition wise.

B&B #29928 Hitler Youth Buckle
This Hitler Youth buckle is a little bit unusual compared to the norm. It appears to be an injection molded type. It is a rectangular format and has the raised out double circles in the center. The circles are rope-like. In the center of the circles it is lined and the HJ motto is at the top area. In the center of the circles is the Hitler Youth eagle which grasps a diamond with swastika in the center. This buckle has turned a flat gray color. On the reverse the catch is applied along with a squared base which is slightly higher than the inner buckle’s surface. This space though looks to be part of the casting. Also part of the casting is the raised out code, “RZM M4/46”. This buckle is identical to the example that is shown in the Peter Nash Belt Buckle Book on page 290. A hard to find Hitler Youth buckle here and a good one for people collecting the different types.
Excellent. $125.00
B&B #29737 Army Officer's Buckle

The vaulted plain center area features a raised out Wehrmacht style eagle. This eagle is highly detailed, looking to the viewer’s right and clutching a mobile swastika in its talons. The feathering and details to the wreath could not be any better. The reverse of this buckle shows that it is two-piece construction and it is unmarked. A fine, crisp example here.

In the center are raised out oak leaves which are on a lined surface. In the middle of the buckle is a raised out shovel which has a mobile swastika vaulted out of its surface. The circle has the name of the company in the center “R Sieper & Söhne Lüdenscheid”. In the center area is the date the buckle was produced, “1938”. A very fine example here.

B&B #29732 Luftwaffe NCO Buckle with Leather Tab
This NCO buckle is the aluminum variety and it has a pebbled finish. At the center area, there is an ellipse shaped wreath formed of laurel leaves. In the center area, there is more pebbling with a Luftwaffe eagle flying to the right and clutching an open mobile swastika in its talons. The depiction shows quite a bit of wear over the breast and head area of the bird and also some wear to the leaves of the wreath. A small amount of the pebble pattern is also worn on the surfaces. This belt buckle obviously saw actual service. On the reverse of the buckle, it has a marking “RS”. Attached to the buckle is the original leather tab. It is a darker brown leather which has a maker stamping. The name is worn, so it is difficult to make out. There is also a date in the center, but this is illegible also. A good buckle which has seen some service.
Excellent. $175.00

Only the high points of this buckle show any wear to the blue finish. The rest of the finish, which is about 95%, still remains throughout the buckle. The reverse of this buckle is not marked. The eagle is very highly detailed and, like the pebbling and other features, shows no wear. An extremely nice buckle which apparently is of two-piece, as the center part appears to have tabs on the reverse in four positions which are folded over to keep the piece in place. A very nice buckle here.

B&B #29728 Politcal Leader's Buckle
This large sized political leader’s buckle is of all aluminum construction, having a fine gilding throughout the surfaces. B&B #29267C Imperial Army Belt and Buckle
This imperial Army belt and buckle is still in relatively good shape. The belt is a dark brown color and is still relatively supple showing only nominal age. The inside areas of the belt have various markings. The tag area has a maker marking stamping in a circle as well as the date, “1914” in the center. In the buckle end of the leather there is the stamping, “95” which is assumedly the size of the belt. There is also a stamping which looks like a regimental mark, “BJN. I”. The buckle is a rectangular brass example showing much patination. In the center it is a nickeled round insert which has double circular borders fashioned in ropes. The outside border is raised out with the slogan, “Gott Mit Uns”. Below this is a laurel wreath. In the center area there is a raised out Prussian crown with cross on the top. There is a small ding on the left side of the crown but it does not really show. A pretty nice conditioned imperial belt here especially considering its age.

This rectangular shaped Enlisted Man’s buckle is a steel base, having a fine, dark gray, painted color. In the very center raised out is a Prussian style crown with cross on the top. This buckle has some rust on the inside and there is also an old price marked in ink, “$2.00”. B&B #27980C Early Luftwaffe Brocade Belt and Buckle
This brocade belt and buckle is a fine Luftwaffe example. The brocade features an aluminum style metal weave featuring two larger twin gray stripes. In the center is a smaller red stripe, all of which run the length of the belt. There are two slides. The slides are also of the same aluminum brocade and have the same motif with the gray and red stripes. The catch on this example appears to be of brass bade construction. The Officer’s buckle is also of silvered brass. The buckle is in the shape of an ellipse. Around the border, there are vaulted, overlapping, oak leaves forming a wreath. There is some wear to the silvering at the tops of the leaves. In the center area, the buckle is vaulted outward, having a pebbled background. The center features an applied early droop tail eagle. This eagle is of gilded brass and he is flying to the viewer’s right, looking downward and clutching a mobile swastika in one of his talons. The gild is slightly worn, but only on the high areas. The brocade belt itself is lined with a whipcord style gray fabric. There is a little bit of insect damage in a couple of places, but it is not bad. Also, there is some damage on the back of one of the brocade slides; but, of course, this does not show from the front. A nice Luftwaffe Officer’s brocade set here, showing some minor usage, but still good to put onto a uniform or display with a dagger.

that is shown in the Angolia Buckle Book, on page 53. The buckle
is a rectangular example, having rounded edges and pebbled surfaces.
It has a gilded finish, which is still at 100%. Attached to this
buckle is the original RZM tag. It is retained by a staple, and
is identical to the tag shown in the Angolia book. It appears
to be issued from the same manufacturer. The only differences
from the book, is the run number of this issue tag. It has the
letter, A, and the run number, 069160.

It is in choice condition throughout, and looks very similar to
the example shown in the Angolia book, on page 408. The buckle

with a singular rim around the circumference. The slogan, Gott
mit Uns, is raised out at the upper portion, and at the
lower there is a detailed wreath of oak leaves and acorns. In
the center of the circle is a rounded area, which is vaulted out,
and superimposed upon this is a mobile swastika. The rounded area
behind has pebbling. A very fine example here, the center being
applied, as there is evidence of four tabs on the reverse. Fine
original example in choice condition.

B&B #25397 Imperial Army EM Buckle
This Imperial
Army Enlisted Mans Buckle is of all steel construction,
which probably was painted a field green, at one time. Most of
the paint is now gone from it, and it does show some age in the
surfaces, but not bad. The reverse still has most of the original
color. The buckle has a vaulted Bavarian crown in the center.
Around the crown is dual roping, which in between, has lined areas
and the raised out slogan, Got Mitt Uns. At the lower
end is a half-wreath of laurel leaves with berries. A good buckle
here, which still is in collectable condition.
Excellent. $75.00
B&B #26952 Luftwaffe EM Buckle
This Luftwaffe
enlisted mans buckle is the standard rectangular shape and
it is composed of aluminum, having a pebbled finish. The pebbling
is excellent throughout and there is an oval wreath of raised
out laurel leaves with berries. The wreath still remains very
crisp. In the center is a raised out eagle which flies to the
viewers right carrying a mobile swastika. The details are
all there to this bird. Although this buckle is ummarked, it looks
the same as the example shown in Angolia on Page 136, center,
except my buckle is in much better condition than the book example.
A very fine piece here.

B&B #22455C Gold Prison Official's Buckle
This rarely
seen belt buckle appears to be identical to the one in Angolia
New Buckle Book, page 454, center. It is made of an aluminum base
construction and has a gilt finish. The gilding is worn a little
bit on the high points, but it still remains at least at 98%.
This round buckle has a vaulted overlapping wreath of laurel leaves.
There are berries throughout these leaves, seemingly in the same
pattern as the Angolia book piece. There is a beaded circle on
the inside rim of the wreath which separates the beveled center
of the buckle. Here, there is a raised out open winged eagle which
looks to the viewer's left. This eagle has a checkered breast
and grasps a wreath with a mobile swastika in its talons. The
detail is slightly better than the piece shown in the book. This
unmarked example is identical (in the back) to the book piece.
It is of two piece construction. An extremely rare buckle which
will be missing from most collections. Would be great displayed
with a Justice Official's sword.

political type which looks to the left. It shows a little mild
wear to the breast feathering and is in the same condition as
the Book piece. The back is unmarked. A choice original here
and a key piece for those that are trying to complete a belt collection.
